Dear our valued and distinguished customers,
We are very pleased to work with you and hope that the following terms would be helpful to our collaboration in future.
ABOUT THE SETTLEMENT OF PAYMENT
Your payment will be settled by transfer, cash, credit cards or by paypal. The service charge and bank charges may be required (except for payment by cash). Once the credit facilities are agreed with our customer or our Agent, the payment will be collected and sent to our bank account. Any bank charges related to the transfers are at your duty.
ABOUT THE RESERVATION
When you make the booking with us, a 20% deposit amount of the total booking is required to guarantee your reservation. This amount is Non-refundable for any case. Final payment of the total tour or service price has to be made 15 days before your arrival date. Otherwise we keep the right to cancel your bookings without any refund of sums already paid before.
ABOUT OUR RATES AND VALIDITY
All the quotation made to the customers/Agent is based in Net rate and in American Dollars at current exchange rate. This price quoted are correct until the date notified in tour program but is subject to change following the market, tax or currency fluctuation with or without prior notice.
ABOUT CHILDREN POLICY
Children under 2 years old are free of charge. Their parents have to pay for their flight.
Children between 2 and 12 years old are granted:
– 25% discount on transfers, excursions and package tours (children sharing a room with their parents without extra-bed). This discount is applied for 1 child per room only.
– 15% reduced on transfers, excursions and package tours (children sharing a room with their parents, but use an extra-bed). This discount is applied for 1 child per room only.
– 100% price as adult if children require an own room. But we discount 30% on airfares.
ABOUT OUR CANCELLATION POLICY
Once the cancellation made, the customer loses its deposit amount as mentioned above. We don’t require any cancellation fees any more but if hotels, carriers and other contractors apply charges for cancellation fees, the customer has to pay those charges to us or to the concerned parties directly as the case may be.
For any No-Shows, No refund will be applied.
All cancellation has to be made in writing and sent to us. We will send you the acknowledgment of cancellation shortly.
No refunds or exchanges can be made in respect of accommodation, meals, sightseeing tours, transport or any other services which are included in the tour prices but not utilized by the tour member.
ABOUT THE REFUND POLICY
All requested for the refunds will be considered promptly, but they have to be in writing and received within 15 days of the return date. Certain unused tour features are not refundable.
Each passenger must be in possession of a valid passport which has to be valid for more than 6 months after the return date. Kindly note that passport number, date and place of issue; and birth date are required by airlines and trains and it’s also required to confirm the booking. Names on your airline tickets have to match the first and last name listed on your passport.
Visa requirements must be met for travel to certain countries and it varies according to your nationality. To avoid time consuming, we recommend you obtain your required visas on arrival. Please check our visa-on-arrival services. You may also make your own visa arrangements directly with the embassy / consulate of Vietnam in your country.
Check with us for up-to-date requirements and information. We will assist with, but will not be held responsible for obtaining the necessary documentation.
RESPONSIBILITY AND DISCLAIMER
We always try our best to provide the Best Services to satisfy of our Client. We act only in the capacity of agent for its travelers in making arrangements for transportation, hotels, and other services that are incidental to the travel that is being purchased. As agent for the travelers, we make the following disclaimers: It does not assume any liability whatsoever for any injury, damage, death, loss, accident, or delay due to any act of any carrier, hotel, restaurant, company or person rending any of the services included in the tour. It does not assume any liability for any injury, damage, death, loss, accident, or delay caused by strikes, civil disturbances, hostilities, acts of war or other force majeure. Further, it accepts no responsibility for any damage or delay due to machinery, breakdown, quarantine, accidents, weather, natural disaster, or causes beyond it control. It accepts no responsibility for any omission, delay, re-touring, additional expenses, or other events resulting from improper health certificates, or necessary documents to enter or depart a country, or acts of any government authority. It also reserves the right to decline to accept or to retain any person as a member of the tour.
